She often paints in acrylics, and every now and then changes to watercolors or sketching figure drawings with pencils and charcoal. Although she immerses herself in painting, she also thoroughly enjoys photography.
“Making art whether it be painting or photography, lets me lose track of time( literally I have to set a timer as a reminder when I am painting)in something I love to do, a release, a therapy…it lets me relay in an artistic form of how I see things,(often the beauty in nature) and hopefully connect with someone who enjoys it too.“
“I’ve always seen things (beauty) from a different perspective. I would stop and get excited to look at flower and see the color, the repeating patterns, texture to paint a picture or take a photograph..when another person would only comment,”…yes it is a lovely flower”
